By Dai is run by Daiane Vieira, an image consultant who graduated from the New York Institute of Art & Design, a Fashion Designer with a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion from the Unip Class of 2016, and a specialist in personal coloring. Its mission is personal appreciation, creating strategies capable of identifying the expressive potential of its clients who aim to reveal their best qualities.

I am very grateful for my entire journey so far. In 2021, I chose to create my own company and own my brand. This is how ByDai was created, an image and style consultancy company that preaches democratic and conscious fashion, bringing the right elements to enhance each type of style, routine and person. That's where I saw the possibility of helping other women reconnect with their essence through visuals.
